I embarked on the healthy lifestyle journey a few years ago and have not looked back since. i do have my occasional indulgence but for the most part I eat well/clean 90% of the time - I believe when you eat well, you feel well and do well.

I truly believe the body is a temple of God, hence we should feed it with nutritious food, keep it fit via regular exercise & relax our mind and spirit
I am not an expert in any shape or form , in fact my professional background is far removed from Cooking/Nutrition , I do plan on pursuing studies on diet and nutrition but for now let's say all that is here are my experiments, my research and my way of healthy living.
Please feel free to ask questions, post ideas etc - eating clean has truly changed my life and all I want to do is share my journey - hopefully it inspires you to do the same
